Please read this information carefully. Once you browse this website www.valentinaosorio.com or purchase any of the products of the VALENTINA OSORIO brand, you immediately accept the terms and conditions described below:
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase made on the website, and has three (3) business days from the day of delivery of the product to exercise the right of withdrawal.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, take into account the following :
Write to vo@valentinaosorio.com and indicate your intention to exercise your right of withdrawal along with the order number or purchase invoice.
The product must be new, unused, with all its original packaging, labels and tags attached to it. The refund will be made to the same payment method used at the time of purchase, within thirty (30) days following the date on which the product was received in the aforementioned conditions, without applying discounts or retentions.
The cost of transportation and other expenses incurred in the return of the product are the responsibility of the customer.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS WITH WARRANTY Contact vo@valentinaosorio.com , attaching product photos and details of the reason for the exchange or return, the purchase invoice, the order number or the buyer's ID number. Only those garments with manufacturing defects are subject to return.
The collection of the product will be coordinated with the company in charge of logistics. Once the product is received, a detailed review will be made and within the next five (5) business days we will inform you via email if the change is accepted.
In the event that the exchange is not accepted because the product received does not comply with the previously indicated conditions or with the instructions described on its washing label, it will be returned to the same address registered in the purchase process.
If the exchange is accepted and the reason is due to size, color or reference, we will proceed with the shipment of the new product to the address registered in the purchase process. The cost of this shipment must be paid by the customer.
If the exchange is not possible due to inventory issues, a voucher will be generated for the value of the purchase, which we will send via email, and can be redeemed in our online store.
The exchange or return procedure will be carried out within a maximum period of ten (10) business days from when the product is received by the brand.
WARRANTY DISCLAIMER VALENTINA OSORIO SAS will be exonerated from warranty liability when it is evident that the defect is due to improper use of the product by the customer or when the customer has clearly not followed the instructions for the care of the product. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY VALENTINA OSORIO SAS encodes the number of actual units available in inventory; in no case will more units than those existing be offered.
PRE-ORDER These are products that are in production at the time of purchase and take a few days to be available for shipping. These products will be shipped within the time described at the time of purchase. PRE-ORDER products are not eligible for exchanges or returns, unless the reason is a quality issue .
DAY WITHOUT VAT COLOMBIA The day without VAT applies only to purchases in Colombia. It is a day where all products will not be subject to the Value Added Tax of (19%) and will only take place when the National Government of Colombia decrees it.
Take into account:
- Does not apply to cash payments, only by electronic means.
- The VAT discount will only be applied to 3 items of each category (garments or elements), per person.
- The benefit will not be applied to products that do not exceed $712,000 pesos (before VAT).
- This benefit applies to all products available on the website www.valentinaosorio.com . No changes or returns of products or money are accepted.
- To apply the discount, use the DIASINIVA voucher when making the payment.
DISCOUNTS Discounted products are not eligible for exchanges or returns. No refunds will be made on items purchased with discounts.
SHOPPING CART Products added to the shopping cart are not reserved until payment is made. If the purchase is not completed, the products in the cart will be released to another person interested in the product.
